Do you have a dumb question that you're kind of embarrassed to ask in the main thread? Is there something you're just not sure about?
This is your opportunity to ask questions. No question too simple or too silly.

Notes -
I have 19 years of retail management experience. A recent BS in Nutrition & Masters in Global Management.
What career opportunities can I find? Preferably outside of retail. Preferably over 72k/year (I make 65k now).
I'm having a horrific time finding something, anything.
I've applied for probably 500+ jobs - and gotten only a few interviews and one job (my current one I've been at for 9 months after 19 years at GNC).
Any thoughts, feelings, ideas, recriminations are welcome.
(Edit: should this have waited for the Wednesday thread?)
The easiest thing is going to be to use your network to get into something. Do you have a linked in? Do you have contacts from your retail management career who have moved into other parts of the business like finance or logistics? A good reference to (figuratively) put your resume on someone’s desk will be more affective than any other strategy.

Something in logistics or project management, perhaps. You could probably move into business/technical management shortly after that, if it interests you. There's a ton of project management for health-related things from my recent searching, but there's an awful lot of "general PM stuff" out there, and it usually pays reasonably well.
As far as applications/interviews go, a network really does help, in my experience. It's stupid, and I hate that it matters, but... strongly consider reaching out to people you know and seeing if they have any leads.

Try to get involved on the import/export side of things?
I'd start going to industry conventions like https://west.supplysideshow.com/en/home.html but that one starts tomorrow, so unless already in or near las vegas I'd wait for another one.
