I just want to add, I mostly think your comment chain here is rad, even if I had a slight disagree, but there’s absolutely zero price transparency in medicine.
Zero.
I’m 40 and even tho I don’t go to the Dr a lot … there has never, ever been price transparency. In anything remotely close to medicine, for myself or anyone else I know.
That’s not your fault.
But not defaulting to the obviousness of a lack of price transparency is driving me up a wall.

Yes there’s not enough Drs because of the artificial barriers that you ‘ you ‘ put in place

I don’t want several hundred thousand Indian doctors … I want several hundred thousand American doctors with slightly lowered standards

Yea when I was 17 I discovered new music naturally. Now I’m almost 41 and someone has to tell me ‘ hey look at this it maybe doesn’t completely suck ‘
Pop on Spotify and this in ‘ Female Fronted Stoner Doom Tracks ‘ been my favorite playlist for years. Never would have heard of a dozen 10/10 songs if not for discovering that.
Not to mention genres like City Pop or other random things. I even discovered the worst album of all time (Kult 45 by Otep) this way.
Spotify is fantastic.

Maybe you don’t mean me since I am not a Republican … but this is too light on the media.
The thought is ‘ the vast majority of journalism in this country revolves around getting one political party elected ‘ and even that thought is almost too tame for me.
Trump has hours and hours of air time to fill and a bunch of information at his disposal to try and say the election was stolen with a straight face. The rest of us don’t have that problem. We can simply just state what is, imo.
I’m unsure what the solution is - but ‘ journalism ‘ needs to be disbanded and reformed into proper working other in much the same vein as the government itself.

On the supporter side, they are hailing it as a brilliant and deeply meaningful activity, simultaneously trolling Harris and celebrating the dignity of unskilled labor, and generating deeply Americana visuals.
As someone who is either voting Trump or whatever semi-retard the Libertarian Party is trotting out (Has Dave Smith fixed the party yet??), I really don't think your portrayal of this is what even a small % of Trump voters think. It's kind of like how journalists take a tweet from someone with 120 followers and make a statement out of it. Tho I admit I don't know who the twitter personal is - but 11k likes, with half of them being paid for, is just noise. I'd understand this post more if you just thought this, like, instead of showing a random tweet.
I also don't think poor people rejoice in McDonald's anymore - we used to with 29 cent burgers and 39 cent cheese burgers twice a week.

Watching Skylar Thompson is my worse sports fandom ever.
I watched The Handsome Stranger in some lower end wrestling promotion in the early 90’s (soon to be Buff Bagwell)(‘ I’m Buff and I’m the Stuff ‘ is a fantastic catch phrase).
Ive seen the Marlins since Charlie Hough threw the first knuckle ball @Joe Robbie.
I root for Poland in the World Cup.
Sports have been a huge part of my life.
Watching Skylar Thompson trying to throw to Tyreek & Waddle might put me in the sports coffin.

My initial reaction is: this is fucking insane.
Most people just shrugged as far as I can tell.
Not sure how I’m feeling about my country with the slide of the last decade and now this.
It was more a line against importing doctors rather than fixing our own issues
