What is a good cycling program (stationary bike) that I can follow and keep my levels of physical preparedness up. I partially tore or disloacted my labrum (I am not sure what is what but it is sever enough that I cannot do anything with my right shoulder for 3 months). I can only do lower body exercises on machines, calf work, abs and neck so thought might as well go from skinny fat to skinny till I rehab since there is no point in carrying extra fat if I am recomping.
Would welcome any and all suggestions. P.S. do not go beyond ROM in bench pullovers, it will fuck your shoulders up.
If you don't already have a trainer setup, old flywheel-type spin bikes are available free on Craigslist in most major US metros, and wheel-on "dumb" trainers under $50.
My own personal go-to in this situation has been to Just Ride Around, standing up periodically for comfort, while reading on an ereader or watching TV or whatever. Having said that, if you want something a little more purposeful or engaging, Zwift might be a winner. If you go the free spin bike (or cheap dumb trainer plus cheap bicycle) route you may need a little extra hardware but still quite a bit cheaper than Peloton. (see e.g. https://old.reddit.com/r/cycling/comments/10opzwv/cheap_zwift_from_zero/, https://www.bikeradar.com/advice/fitness-and-training/best-zwift-setups-for-every-rider).

You could buy a used Peloton bike. Many people are being forced back to the office, tightening budgets, or falling off the exercise-at-home trend, creating a market for used yet affordable stationary bikes. This, of course, depends on your area.
You'll also need to pay for the classes, but I've read (and heard from coworkers, friends, and relatives) they're worth the money.
Can't find one here on amazon. I'll have to ask around irl.
Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, or Nextdoor are possible places to find a used stationary bike online. If you work in a large office, you could tack a "Looking For..." ad onto the break room bulletin board.

Just how much weight did you pull over? I busted my shoulder attempting a bridge and have been doing careful pullovers ever since: good ROM, but depressed scapulae.
It wasn't heavy weights that was the issue, it was the rom. I was trying to touch the floor whilst being on the highest bench in my bench, that too with external rotation in my shoulders. I'm lucky it was barely 25 lbs otherwise I would have had a tear.
