I'm looking for a thread that I think was on Twitter, but I'm not 100% sure. It was a 911 dispatcher that was talking about all the really dumb calls that they got, one story I remember was of an older gentleman who kept sitting on his breathing tube, and then calling to complain about being short of breath.
