For the average person with access to classified information they would absolutely face prison time, and additional time for every count.
And I'm more pissed about this whole thing because after it happened we had to go through a ton more training and start portion marking every freaking line and paragraph on emails sent over the classified networks. MASSIVE pain in the ass.
Hillary Clinton should have been jailed and she should still be in jail. There is nothing to be gained however from holding on to a tool that has run out of use.
Hillary did something that, if I or anyone else with access to classified information had done, would have landed us in prison under the espionage act. I can forgive a former VP or President for having boxes with classified documents in their garage, locked store room, etc. Those guys live, eat, breath, and shit classified information for 4 to 8 years, the changeover is chaotic and shit slips through.
Actively sending classified information to a personally controlled server and effectively making digital copies of massive amounts of classified, export control, CUI, etc information is the kind of stuff they put people away for decades for. Let alone destroying evidence thereof.
What they are accusing Trump of doing would have netted a fine for the overwhelming majority of people and likely not prosecuted in the first place. Hell all of the charges are beyond the statute of limitations anyway and should be tossed on that alone.
but calling his supporters out for a riot was Trump's plan D after his plans to overturn the election before January 6th failed.
Which is why he repeatedly told them to go home in peace upon learning the police line was breached?
Organizing protests at places of government in an attempt to convince decision makers a particular position has large popular support is like the whole purpose of a protest. Suggesting that Trump organized that rally with the intent of it going violent is highly uncharitable.
How are we feeling about moldbug's (iirc) "put any fortune 500 CEO in charge of the USA, even the second worst one, and it'll massively improve"?
Here's the catch, there is no one person in charge of the USA. It's a bunch of bureaucrats, special interest groups, NGOs and career staffers that largely control the US.
I think you just proved his point... First im not sure Ive seen "bankers" called out on the right, typically it is elites, globalists, big tech, etc. Calling out bankers and financial institutions is more left coded in my experience.
Second, most on the right tend to be more pro Isreal and find more in common with religious jews than with blue tribe.
I mean shit, how many times has Ben Shapiro been labeled a literal nazi by the left?
Frankly someone claiming another party's innocuous statements are "dog whistles" indicates that the claimant refuses to extend any charitability to the other party and is defacto acting in bad faith. They are merely searching for an excuse to hate the outgroup.

We need a test that can tell us if there is a function Sr-Y gene or not. That gene is what initiates the cascade of changes that differentiate males and females in humans. There are adult human females with XY genotype but XX phenotype, including a fully functional female reproductive tract and demonstrated capability to produce offspring. The key is that they lack a functional Sr-Y gene and thus the XY genotype is never expressed. Another gene, upstream of Sr-Y, Chromobox homolog 2 (CBX2), can cause a similar break in the sex determination cascade.
The one other edge case I've heard of involve chimeras, individuals with more than one genotype. Most of their cells will be XX but a few will be XY. If those cells are the "right" ones then they can get a pretty substantial boost in physical performance.
