AP has called it officially, Trump is at 277, won Pennsylvania

this was fun guys, I will now bang out a few hours of javascript code, this was not like 2016 but I liked it a lot. I hope you had a fun day too!

I have no faith in any electoral process, it aint over till its over, but seems highly unlikely.

Nah but I hope he soaks it in, a poor kid born to drug addicts to a VP, hell of a story.

Welp and this seems like a wrap, from 2016 when I was barely an anti-SJW guy due to Indian affirmative action to now being a jaded 24 year old neo-reactionary, it's been 8 interesting years of culture war. Do I like Trump, not really, I am not even American, still it was fun being a part of the entire thing.

Lets see what the next 8 look like. Today was fun, will start writing code now lol.

Thiel is probably getting hammered with Moldbug as we speak, 8 years later.

Shadilay is a classic too and this song literally named Donald Trump by Mac Miller

wtf, 90 percent.

Never come down is a classic. that, MDE and RSD (real social dynamics) are things from 2016 that seem like a lifetime ago.

Yeah, online degen right has the monopoly over edits and fane made music videos, twitter is full of them and the worlds richest man contantly retweets them,

One I really like is this by Sam Hyde on q anon, the thirty second part about q anon here is super funny. "activation word, Ronald Macdonald" kek

NRX became a thing in the 2010s, PUA, hbd and transhumanism are ideas from the 2000s that were important. I learnt about them in that order with PUA being the very last. Moldbugs older work, xenosystems by land, spandrells essays etc are fairly decent.

I just remembered this song never come down from 2016, time flies lol.

I have Nick Fuentes livestream on my laptop, will check on it whilst I learn javascript, I am scared of mentioning his name as that may put me on a watchlist in case I apply for an American visa lol.

I used to watch him somewhat back in 2019 before he went full psycho. His followers haranguing charlie kirk was fun for a bit but that was about it.

lol, did not know. Not sure how big of a difference it would make if it is true, and if trump even wins if it is true.

blaxit?

Nice username, also I am sceptical of polymarket given the large bets by that french guy, I may be wrong though.

Under what circumstances will you (interested in a sample of opinions) accept the election as legitimate and not having been tampered with to any significant degree?

I consider most elections to have a lot of fraud in them, not just because of the sheer size of the populace but also because of the fact that humans cheat. The idea that there are totally fair elections always seemed bogus to me, does not mean that it is all fraudulent but that there are plenty of ways to cheat, whether long term (evm hacking, booth capturing, not asking for id) or long term (demographic shifts like in California or West Bengal).

The cathedral needs both sides to believe that the electoral process and the judiciary are these pristine unquestionable things that are keeping us together, safe from a chaotic world whereas reality could not be further apart.

No matter who wins, election legitimacy cannot be challenged, if half the country explicitly does so and refuses to partake in elections, it will lead to actual chaos, good or bad, I cant tell for now. Because if you can prove that there is enough voter fraud this time, you can start questioning previous elections and a lot more.

A reminder that Thiel and Yarvin (Moldbug) got shitfaced in 2016 during the election night. I dunno what both are doing tonight but this election seems ore emotionally charged than 2020.

I still find this anecdote funny as both Thiel and Moldbug have gone on record to say that they do not believe in this process and explicitly not endorse Trump at times. Still, somehow many important figures today have long ties to both, Elon via paypal, Vance via vc stuff, Anton via his middle school apparently and Moldbug being someone who quite a few within his staff were aware of. Thiel was the first prominent guy to endorse trump, 8 years later, the guys who worked with him are the most important people in the campaign. He makes good bets.

This is not analysis, just found it funny.

Stone toss never misses. Yeah, I need to get a move on in life.

It's got government agencies monitoring it heavily. That's what I've been told, it's not as fun as it was in 2016.

It is extremely stupid. The Hindu twitter faction justified it by saying that any and all traditions are sacred so we shouldn't question that.

Yeah, I was raised here in a way, spent a fifth of my life here, I'm not even super culture war heavy since regurgitating nrx stuff isn't super insightful

I mostly post life updates on the Wednesday threads. I hope I can get a startup exit in front of you guys lol.

Everyone here is super nice to me because I've been posting here since age 19 iirc, mostly my life's story on the Wednesday threads. I don't post much cw stuff because nrx authors do that better than me anyway.

Hindu Twitter has way way too much bitterness, so to sound contrarian, people probably picked this stance up. I find zero sense in it as actual racists are not running anything serious in the US (white ones I meant).

Bitterness leads to victimhood and that is what this is. Many on that faction even unironically advocated for open defection and child marriages.

why exactly?

I did post a news source for that very reason. My skepticism comes from the fact that there aren't very many sources explicity stating that California requires voter I'd from all voters and is sticking to this requirement.

As for Elon being a hack, he's about as competent as it gets as a professional, I'm not aware of what legal trouble he may be facing so can't comment.

I'd appreciate any links if you have any that explicity mention what has been discussed.
