Welp and this seems like a wrap, from 2016 when I was barely an anti-SJW guy due to Indian affirmative action to now being a jaded 24 year old neo-reactionary, it's been 8 interesting years of culture war. Do I like Trump, not really, I am not even American, still it was fun being a part of the entire thing.

NRX became a thing in the 2010s, PUA, hbd and transhumanism are ideas from the 2000s that were important. I learnt about them in that order with PUA being the very last. Moldbugs older work, xenosystems by land, spandrells essays etc are fairly decent.

Under what circumstances will you (interested in a sample of opinions) accept the election as legitimate and not having been tampered with to any significant degree?
I consider most elections to have a lot of fraud in them, not just because of the sheer size of the populace but also because of the fact that humans cheat. The idea that there are totally fair elections always seemed bogus to me, does not mean that it is all fraudulent but that there are plenty of ways to cheat, whether long term (evm hacking, booth capturing, not asking for id) or long term (demographic shifts like in California or West Bengal).
The cathedral needs both sides to believe that the electoral process and the judiciary are these pristine unquestionable things that are keeping us together, safe from a chaotic world whereas reality could not be further apart.
No matter who wins, election legitimacy cannot be challenged, if half the country explicitly does so and refuses to partake in elections, it will lead to actual chaos, good or bad, I cant tell for now. Because if you can prove that there is enough voter fraud this time, you can start questioning previous elections and a lot more.

A reminder that Thiel and Yarvin (Moldbug) got shitfaced in 2016 during the election night. I dunno what both are doing tonight but this election seems ore emotionally charged than 2020.
I still find this anecdote funny as both Thiel and Moldbug have gone on record to say that they do not believe in this process and explicitly not endorse Trump at times. Still, somehow many important figures today have long ties to both, Elon via paypal, Vance via vc stuff, Anton via his middle school apparently and Moldbug being someone who quite a few within his staff were aware of. Thiel was the first prominent guy to endorse trump, 8 years later, the guys who worked with him are the most important people in the campaign. He makes good bets.
This is not analysis, just found it funny.

Hindu Twitter has way way too much bitterness, so to sound contrarian, people probably picked this stance up. I find zero sense in it as actual racists are not running anything serious in the US (white ones I meant).
Bitterness leads to victimhood and that is what this is. Many on that faction even unironically advocated for open defection and child marriages.
I will have my second therapy session tomorrow, so far I have been able to work a minimum of 1-2 hours daily and I feel ashamed of myself. Wont write much more. I have to finish this book by next week and get my work hours to 7. I did lower my workout weights and its pretty embarrassing, I wish I never listened to alex leonidis about pullovers that caused me a partial slap tear.
