Try uninstalling the app to make it less palatable. Forcing yourself to use the normal interface on your phone will definitely slow and annoy you.

Agreed. Ponder (Stibbons? great reference) what are you doing to reduce your own interactions with social media and cell phone addictions? Where are you going to get to know new people in person, to date or connect meaningfully with?
It sounds like you also have some anxiety about money. What things about wealth are really bothering you?

After you have had one c-section you basically have to go that route for future pregnancies (otherwise you risk rupture of the scar tissue during labor). She's also probably a geriatric pregnancy at this point, which has its own issues.

nd 2+ years studying to get the highest possible score on an exam they get to take one time so you had to be sure. Now they just try to pass. Now a lot of that exam was stuff that "doesn't really matter" (ex: biochem pathways) but the incentive shift was absolutely massive.
The article mentions that they also changed the curriculum from two years of coursework to one.

This comment made me think some about how I specifically see the civilizations/countries of the world.
I probably would say 1st world (anglosphere, rich europe), 2nd world (poor europe), developing, won't develop.
For many contexts thinking of the islamic countries as a group also occurs. I'd say to me China counts as the most important developing country (although with their current problems that economic position could easily backslide for the rest of my life) and india somewhere in the middle of the developing countries. Not a "can't develop" like most of SSA but not of special note. Something like indonesia.

The risk of high protein is that you are eating enough protein to convert it to sugar, screwing over your ketosis. I'd suggest using ketostix to track whether your ketones are behaving correctly on the high protein before you try it.
Personally I capped my protein around 66g a day for that reason, but people vary.
High protein just... isn't keto. Better to call it low carb.

I'm not sure if anyone shared this last week. Ryan Murphy (youtuber that discusses military things) broke down/translated some military orders found on a Hamas soldier showing the extent of the planning of the attack. I watched it on his substack because he said the youtube version was edited for monetization. https://ryanmcbeth.substack.com/p/inside-the-hamas-operations-order This is for a group that attacked one of the kibbutzim. The most interesting stuff to me was that they carried no water, med kits, and the plan is missing the parts of the operation manual that usually detail medical evacuation procedures (saying this was unsurprisingly considered to be a one way trip, hostage takers returning to gaza aside). I was also surprised at the detail they had on the directions and timings of possible defense forces to arrive. He also has some shorts where he looks at a couple of propaganda videos and says why he thinks they are fake.

Its not an amazing poem but definitely a poem, clearly understood as such.
I have some nitpicks, the last stanza is terrible and there are some poor other lines, I don't like "while gaudier prints took on the grime and stains of daily wear" not sure how I'd rewrite it (remove the "on" or a more dramatic surgery).
Yes, older poetry has structure and rhythm as well as words, and it is fine to prefer a clear rhyme, a clever structure to this, but modern poetry is still poetry. More about mood and image than language play.

I think you mis-estimate the views of the silent majority here. Plenty of people find Trump distasteful but not evil.
Siding with massacring terrorists who started a war is wrong, no matter how many of their own children they throw in front of their armories to get blown up. "Ceasefire Now" is telling Israel to accept getting wiped off the map for the crime of being a successful western country when marxists hate them.
