Happy St. Pat's you Nerds! Spending time here is helping me through my ski accident bone healing time. Any thoughts on speeding it up? Coming up on 5 weeks and I'm getting sick of hobbling around. I've read some good studies that early weight bearing is good for bone healing, provided you don't injure yourself more in the process. Any personal anecdotes?
Maybe calcium-rich foods, and I think sunlight is good for bone health.
