I don't disagree.

American football has damaged countless American brains and bodies for the material gain of the few. It's weakening America and really should be banned under the age of 18 immediately.

The NFL tried to suppress the scientific evidence of the link between American football and concussions/CTE. Teams siphon American taxpayer dollars to pay for stadiums and then leave town at the soonest convenience. The league is wrapped up in gambling.

That being said, little ol' me can't stop it. And it's one of the few things things I can tolerate to talk to my dad about, so I loosely keep up with headlines or online clips, and watch the game at my parent's house or a restaurant if it's on. However I don't buy merchandise, or have cable, or buy tickets to games. I'm fine with it going away.

Go Bengals!

I've recently enjoyed hearing the offensive and defensive starts announce their alma maters, and I've noticed some of them say X Y High School. It's impressive there are young players, at 18 or 19 years old, who are good enough to skip college and go straight to the NFL.
