Even Parisians are no less friendly than the inhabitants of any comparable big city.
This is totally wrong, have you seen how Parisians park? They literally ram the car in front and behind them with their bumpers to make room for parallel parking. Strangers will scratch up your bumper to make their parking easier and won't see anything wrong with it. This would be considered extremely rude in most other places.
Here's a video of Americans being shocked by Parisian parking: https://youtube.com/watch?v=n51OdFlOi1o
What could an LLM possibly say that would be illegal? I could see maybe an image generator making illegal output but an LLM? Could you really be guilty of incitement or hate speech in a private conversation? Any sort of threat it made wouldn't be a credible threat.
It can train SDXL models at 0.5 items per second, it's currently the best ML card for the money out there.
This is why people call him spry. He would be our first openly TRT-enhanced president, something that will become the norm in the future I predict.
His voice is like that from spasmodic dysphonia and it has the effect of making his voice extremely recognizable.

Makes me wonder if you're the Scott Alexander alt because this is clearly a mental health practitioner's opinion. All LLMs go off the rails if you keep talking to them long enough, that's a technical problem to be solved in the next year or two, not a reason that human therapists should have jobs ten years from now. You can fix that today by just limiting the context window. You almost sound like one of those people who thought that AI art models would never figure out how to draw hands.
Just FYI, a lot of people would much rather spill their guts to an AI than to another human; for that reason alone I predict that therapists/psychologists will be the first healthcare worker to be completely replaced. Luckily for Scott, Psychiatrists/Pharmacists are more than pill dispensers, they are a person you can punish when rules get broken, so until they can incarcerate AIs, they'll always need a human whipping boy to take the blame when something goes wrong.
