There's not one person in this country who has decided this is the moment to hop off the fence, "Okay, now I won't vote for the man." Farcical.
Trump had been immune to a lot of these things so far, but I'm really hoping this moves the needle for the less-engaged crowd, however slim that wedge is. We'll know more about the actual impact after the next group of polls I guess.

Here is why this seems incredibly unlikely to me:
- Israel gains nothing from this.
- Israel loses a lot from this.
- Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, etc. whatever amalgamation of actors here are opposing Israel have demonstrated that they are willing to strike their own people.
- Hamas etc. gain a lot from this (politically).
It'll be awhile before we know with any certainty who bombed the hospital, if ever. But the reasons you listed are not very convincing that Israel did not do it. There's numerous potential points of failure in the kill-chain that could result in an own-goal for the Israelis. Israel had been lobbing thousands of explosives into buildings in Gaza for the entirety of last week, so it's a prime environment for those fuck-ups to occur. I think it's more likely that it was bombed by Israel, but also probably unintentional.

We don't really know what their actual intention was, and there isn't a lot to go on. But even if their actual intention was that PR photography shouldn't contain all white people, I have no problem with it. Using a brief google search, it seems like 59.8% of London is white, so that still leaves 40.1% of other colors and ethnicities. The mayor of London is a politician and therefore wants his brand to portray him as representing everyone of all ethnicities in his city. Adding people of different ethnicities in PR photos accomplish that better than just having white people in those photos.
They won't be shedding many tears if it's the portion of the user base who would be using ad block anyway.
